House Rules

Please ensure that all guests respect the house rules. We wish you a pleasant stay!

  1. Maintain a good level of cleanliness (remove shoes inside, do your dishes...).
  2. Try to be quiet between 10 PM and 7 AM.
  3. In case of neighborhood problems, please inform us as quickly as possible.
  4. Gambling, smuggling, prostitution, weapons, explosives, poisons, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises and in the accommodation unit.
  5. Never leave children unsupervised by an adult.
  6. Ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked when you go out.
  7. We are not responsible for the loss of personal effects or valuables. If this happens, please inform us as soon as possible.
  8. Unannounced additional overnight guests are not allowed.
  9. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed in the accommodation unit.
  10. Be sure to ventilate the kitchen when cooking.
  11. Please return all kitchen items to where you found them.
  12. Do not eat or drink in the sleeping areas / bedrooms. The kitchen table is for meals. The bed is for sleeping.
  13. Make sure to turn off lights and all electrical appliances when you go out.
  14. Smoking is prohibited in the building and in the accommodation unit under penalty of fines up to CHF 2,200.-.
  15. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
  16. Always report any accidental damage or breakage in a timely manner, especially before check-out. In case of damage, you will have to pay repair costs that exceed the security deposit, if the deposit is insufficient.
